Ready, Set, BRUNCH

Interpreting new Golden Ring Brunch season as truly Olympic, we shall introduce here some of the major contestants of this savory battle.
September 17 and 18: Oyster Brunch opens the game. This “heavyweight champ” of the bruncheon tradition offers fresh oysters with a range of dressings, young asparagus with lettuce and white-wine-saut?ed oysters, pumpkin-dressed salad of shellfish, assorted seafood with cream-and-tarragon sauce, calamari with vegetables and plenty of other delicacies. House Chef Vladislav Babich has picked vol-au-vents with French snails in red whine, pancakes and ice cream for his signature show-cooking performance.

Coming next: All-around winner Forest Treasures Brunch introduces a glut of poultry choices, salads of porcini and Aspen mushrooms with savory herbs and hazelnuts.
Our toughest road runner Beer Fest Brunch is already at the back of the pack, with its delicious pork shanks over sauerkraut, German sauerbraten and beer-braised lamb leg.

The renowned MISATO House Chef represents his Takara by Ban San Brunch in a “martial arts” category. Takara means “treasure” in Japanese and describes perfectly every dish created by this Japanese maestro, recognizing its impeccable taste and design, as well volcanic energy of the creator.

Full open bar traditionally offers sparkling wines, red and white wines, beers, vodkas and special drinks selected to accompany current cuisine.

Guests of every brunch receive a unique compliment by House Chef Vladislav Babich.
Admission for the new season remains untouchable and still rates at
2700 rubles for adults, 1350 rubles for ages 6-12. No admission fee for ages below 6.
Kids, delighted by our great dessert collection, can enjoy their time in a specialized playroom.
